The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the general contractor for The Gallery at Karns Retail Shops by competitive bid. With a tight construction schedule and the project duration spanning the winter and wet spring months, scheduling was maintained, and the project was completed on time. The construction consists of reinforced concrete slab on grade, masonry block, structural steel beam and columns, steel joist, steel roof deck, and EPDM roofing. Exterior elevations include insulation finish system, brick and prairie stone masonry creating curb appeal.
