The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for the Middlebrook Gardens by competitive bid. The Owner self performed the majority of the site work including the asphalt paving, top soil placement, and landscaping. Building construction consists of concrete slab on grade, load bearing wood stick and structural steel framing, pre-engineered wood trusses, and Hardi-Plank lap siding to create a nostalgic era for weddings and banquet events. The interior of the building features a wedding chapel with state of the art recording capabilities, raised platform and a vaulted ceiling.
